In an action seeking recovery for services rendered for a certain period of time as a result of an executed agreement under which plaintiff agreed to serve as Medical Director for an emergency room, summary judgment for plaintiff based on a finding that a company served as a mere paying agent for defendant is reversed where an issue of material fact existed as to the personal liability of defendant.
