District Court of Appeal of Florida
Lemmer v. Urban Elec., Inc., 1D05-6098
An order denying each of claimant's claims for benefits is reversed where a JCC-s finding that he reached overall maximum medical improvement (MMI) was not supported by competent, substantial evidence, a denial of his claim for temporary partial disability (TPD) benefits was erroneous, and consequently, the JCC erred in denying a claim for attorney-s fees, costs, interest, and penalties.
