A judgment and sentence for sexual battery by a person less than eighteen years of age upon a person less than twelve years of age is reversed where: 1) the trial court erred in permitting a nurse to testify at trial concerning statements made by the child and her parents about the alleged sexual battery; and 2) the trial court erred in admitting defendant's confession into evidence because it failed to make the specific findings of fact required by the applicable statute.
