McDonald v. State of Florida, 2D05-2446
A conviction and sentence for robbery is affirmed as to the conviction over a claim that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress an in-court identification of defendant by a witness, but reversed as to the sentence where it erred in sentencing him as a prison releasee reoffender and as a violent habitual offender.
