District Court of Appeal of Florida

Arnold v. Florida's Blood Ctrs., Inc., 1D05-4749

An order of a judge of compensation claims denying claimant temporary partial disability benefits on grounds she left her employment voluntarily is reversed where, viewed in light of the record as a whole, the finding that she left voluntarily lacked any substantial support as she left work because her employer, concerned that her new work restrictions relating to carpal tunnel syndrome would complicate scheduling, refused to allow her to continue working.
