District Court of Appeal of Florida

An order against a former husband in post-dissolution proceedings ratifying a recommendation to issue a civil contempt order, place an equitable lien on real property, and order the sale of that property is reversed in part as to the part of the order imposing the lien and ordering the sale of the property where the court lacked jurisdiction over the former husband's present wife for such purposes.
