District Court of Appeal of Florida

Keller v. Keller, 4D04-2427

A judgment dissolving the parties' marriage is affirmed in all respects with the exception of a denial of attorney-s fees to the former husband for trust litigation as the trust agreements provided for unconditional reimbursement of attorney-s fees if the trustee participated in litigation for any reason, and no argument was made as to why that provision was not enforceable.
