District Court of Appeal of Florida

Bradshaw v. Mickins, 4D06-1324

A sheriff's petition for writ of certiorari, which challenged a grant of certiorari for former deputy sheriff on a challenge to termination of his employment, is denied where the circuit court in the instant case followed prior applicable case law and, thus, it did not depart from the essential requirements of law in its ruling.
