Passport Leasing Corp. v. Zimmerman, 4D05-1365

In proceedings resulting from a suit for damages arising out of an automobile accident, an order granting plaintiff's motion to compel a settlement agreement is affirmed over a claim that a failure to include the name of one of the plaintiffs on the settlement proposal constituted excusable neglect.
