Dismissal of amended complaint with prejudice is reversed where: 1) defendants never gave plaintiff 20 days- notice of their plans to move for dismissal based upon plaintiff's failure to post a bond; 2) plaintiff, a limited liability company, had remedied its failure to register with the state of Florida; and 3) plaintiff's lack of standing can be remedied with an amended complaint obtaining an assignment from the signatory of the contract in question.
