Vega v. McDonough, 1D06-2390

An order denying a petition for writ of mandamus, wherein petitioner challenged a disciplinary report issued by the Department of Corrections (DOC) based upon a violation of prison mailing rules, is denied in part, but granted insofar as the petition challenged an order authorizing the DOC to impose a lien against his trust account for costs and fees of the action.
