In a personal injury suit brought after a gun accident, a judgment for defendant is affirmed over a claim that the trial court gave an erroneous standard of care instruction because plaintiff was not entitled to an instruction that defendant owed a duty of care beyond that of a reasonable gun owner under similar circumstances.
