A disposition order, adjudicating a juvenile delinquent and deviating from the placement recommended by the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is reversed where there was no competent substantial evidence that the juvenile was a criminal street gang member pursuant to Florida Statutes chapter 874.
