District Court of Appeal of Florida
Shaw v. Tampa Elec. Co., 2D06-2331
In an action brought by homeowners in a neighborhood challenging defendant-utility's installation of exceptionally large electrical transmission poles to handle high-voltage power lines, denial of injunctive relief for the homeowners is affirmed where the trial court correctly granted summary judgment on the theory that plaintiffs could not establish at trial the inadequacy of their legal remedy.
