Senn v. State of Florida, 4D05-275

A conviction for aggravated battery with a firearm causing great bodily harm and petit theft is reversed where it was error to admit, over objection, defendant's statement to the police including a statement, "I think I want an attorney before I answer any more questions," and the error was not harmless.
