District Court of Appeal of Florida

Lenard v. A.L.P.H.A., 2D06-2194

An order finding that petitioner, an employee of a residential maternity facility, was not entitled to damages under the Florida Civil Rights Act (FCRA) because she was not discriminated against on the basis of a disability is affirmed where a finding that petitioner's permanent physical impairment did not constitute a "disability" under the FCRA was supported by competent, substantial evidence.
