An order finding that defendant had not breached a non-compete agreement and that the agreement had been nullified as a result of plaintiff's default on a companion lease is reversed in part as to the finding that plaintiff defaulted on the lease where the record did not support the trial court's finding that plaintiff defaulted by not timely curing the property tax payment or by failing to cure a late rent payment.
