In workers' compensation proceedings where parties had mediated a lump sum settlement agreement including certain attorney's fees, an order approving an attorney-s fee to be paid to the claimant's attorney by the claimant in the amount of $1,600 is affirmed over claimant's argument that the JCC should have also ordered the E/C to pay claimant's attorney $4,000 which was part of the settlement agreement.
