A petition for writ of certiorari challenging an order, which directed the attorney for the Department of Children and Families to subpoena the Secretary of the Department to appear before the trial court to testify as to whether the Department has an appropriate placement for a dependent minor, is granted where the information sought by the trial court was available from lesser ranking officers, and thus the trial court departed from the essential requirements of the law in the order.
