District Court of Appeal of Florida

A petition for a writ of certiorari challenging a denial of mandamus relief concerning disciplinary action taken against petitioner by the Department of Corrections is denied as to the merits of the order entered below, but granted insofar as the circuit court erred in placing a lien against petitioner's inmate trust account since the proceeding below was a collateral criminal proceeding for which he was not subject to an assessment of costs.
