An order dismissing a minor's petition for judicial waiver of parental notice of termination of pregnancy is reversed where the trial judge erred in disqualifying the minor's attorney who was an assistant public defender, the district court was unable to conclude that the error was harmless, and a remand for a new hearing is not authorized in proceedings of this type.
