District Court of Appeal of Florida

Willman v. Willman, 1D06-1943

A final judgment in a dissolution case is reversed in part and remanded where the trial judge erred in using November 1, 2002 as the date on which former husband's pension plan ceased being a marital asset, since the parties did not have a separation agreement and the husband's pension plan continued as a marital asset until he filed for divorce on a later date.
