District Court of Appeal of Florida

Orders in a dissolution action denying mother's application to relocate with the children to Daytona Beach and temporarily granting custody of the children to the father so they could continue to attend school in Miami-Dade County are affirmed where the parties invoked the jurisdiction of the court to consider and rule upon the issue of relocation, and it was within the court's discretion to require a change in custody to the father on an interim basis so that they could be enrolled in school at their former home.
