An order vacating a default final judgment on a complaint alleging claims for account stated and open account is reversed where: 1) contrary to the ruling below, the final judgment was not voided by a subsequent order vacating the original clerk's default in the matter; and 2) at any rate, defendant failed to establish excusable neglect in the first instance.
