Cordova v. Jolcover, 2D06-623

In a contract case involving an alleged sale of residential property, denial of defendant's motion to vacate a default judgment and a subsequent judgment entered against him are reversed and vacated, respectively, where defendant presented clear and convincing evidence that he was not served properly.
