District Court of Appeal of Florida
Daughtrey v. Daughtrey, 2D05-5768
A final judgment of dissolution of marriage which required former husband to transfer an additional eleven acres of land to former wife is reversed where there is no evidentiary support in the record for a conclusion that the use of the legal description of a two-acre parcel in the wife's petition, in a settlement agreement, and in a quitclaim deed that the husband had already executed was the result of "a scrivener's error."
