Florida Inst. for Neurological Rehab., Inc. v. Marshall, 2D05-2393

A judgment for plaintiffs-parents in a wrongful death case arising from the death of their son, a resident of defendant's facility for the long-term care of brain-injured individuals, is affirmed where the trial court did not abuse its discretion either in allowing the introduction of evidence of a medical examiner's opinion concerning the manner of death or in excluding evidence of the opinion of law enforcement officials.
