Petitions for mandamus or certiorari relief regarding a successor judge's order denying petitioner's motion for reconsideration, which was made after the assigned judge granted a motion to recuse, are denied where: 1) petitioners were not entitled as a matter of right to a hearing on each motion; and 2) they failed to show how they were irreparably damaged by the successor judge's failure to set the motion to reconsider for a hearing.
