In a dispute over an agreement to develop a "referral network of Realtors" for certain real estate developments, a trial court's determination that the compensation portion of the agreement was not ambiguous and an award of commissions to appellee is reversed where certain "fee and compensation" language was ambiguous, and a remand is ordered to allow the parties to present parol and extrinsic evidence for the trial court to discern their intent.
