Summary judgment for defendant, the manufacturer of a tire changing machine, in an action asserting that the machine was defective and that the defect was a legal cause of plaintiff's injury, is reversed where the trial court erred in entering summary judgment as there were disputed issues of material fact with regards to whether his injury was caused by the negligent design or manufacture of the machine.
