Dismissal, on statute of limitations grounds, of a shareholder's suit filed under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Securities Act of 1933 is affirmed over his claim that he was entitled to claim class action tolling of the statute of limitations on account of a 1999 class action filed in federal court.
