District Court of Appeal of Florida

Summary judgment against a county property appraiser holding that approximately 2400 acres of land owned by appellee was entitled to an exemption from ad valorem taxes for certain years is affirmed in part with the exception of a thirty acre portion where that portion had been cleared as ceremonial grounds, which was not incidental to or consistent with leaving the property in its -natural state,- and thus, such portion was not used exclusively for exempt purposes.
