An order denying plaintiff's motion for attorneys' fees in a medical malpractice action involving surgical packing gauze left in her abdomen during surgery is affirmed where a proposal for settlement, which was the basis for the fees sought, was an undifferentiated proposal to defendant-doctor and her professional association.
