District Court of Appeal of Florida

Barth v. State of Florida, 2D05-3643

The operation of a methamphetamine lab is inherently dangerous, presents an immediate threat to public safety, and is well within the scope of the exigent circumstance exception to the constitutional warrant requirement. A conviction for offenses relating to the possession and manufacture of methamphetamine is affirmed over claims of erroneous denial of motions to suppress evidence.
