Denial of a suit by the buyer for specific performance in a contract for the purchase of an RV lot is reversed where: 1) seller waived the argument that the contract was void because the mode of payment was not identical to the non-negotiable terms contained in the offer; and 2) by accepting buyer's cashier's check, there was a "meeting of the minds" between the buyer and seller sufficient to form a contract.
