District Court of Appeal of Florida

Blades v. FL Dep't of Revenue, 3d05-1071

Denial of motion to vacate an order finding father in contempt and ordering the production of financial records in a suit over child support is affirmed where the order was non-appealable and the court did not depart from the essential requirements of the law such that certiorari review would be appropriate when it determined that the Department of Revenue has standing to pursue its action against the father even though the child is emancipated.
