In a case involving a lease for a computer marketing system, adverse summary judgment on a breach of lease claim against defendant-pest control company and an award of attorney's fees for defendant are reversed where, contrary to the trial court's ruling, the lease was legally enforceable as, despite defendant's inability to legally use the computer system for telephonic sales calls, there were other legal uses for it.
