An order of the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission revoking appellant's certification as a law enforcement officer for committing perjury and engaging in sex while on duty is affirmed over claims that: 1) an ALJ erred in finding appellant untruthful; 2) he was denied the assistance of competent counsel; and 3) his former employer-police department, violated the Police Officer's Bill of Rights during its investigation of his alleged misconduct.
