District Court of Appeal of Florida

C.C. v. State of Florida, 5D06-679

A juvenile's conviction for lewd and lascivious molestation is affirmed over a challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence where, although the young victim could not remember what the perpetrator's face looked like at the time of trial, her out-of-court identification was sufficient to support the trial court's finding of guilt, and her testimony was sufficient to sustain the finding of guilt as to other issues.
