C.W. v. Dep't of Children & Families, 5D05-3656, 5D05-3811

An order granting long-term custody of the child to a relative custodian and terminating supervision by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCF) is affirmed as to a conclusion that reunification was not in the best interest of the child, but reversed as to the order of long-term placement and termination of DCF supervision for failure to comply with the conditions of Florida Statutes section 39.622.
