Moore v. Perry, 5D05-1956

Grant of an additur in a personal injury action growing out of an automobile accident is reversed where it was an abuse of discretion since, given the divergent quality of the evidence regarding the effects of the automobile accident on plaintiff, the jury's determination as to damages should not have been disturbed.
