District Court of Appeal of Florida

C.K. v. Dep't of Children & Families, 4D06-2246

A judgment terminating parents' parental rights is affirmed where substantial competent evidence supported a finding that the statutory grounds for termination of their parental rights under Florida Statutes section 39.806(1)(e) were established by clear and convincing evidence, and the evidence supported a determination under section 39.810 that it was in the manifest best interest of the child to terminate parents' parental rights.
