District Court of Appeal of Florida

Lawrence v. State of Florida, 4D06-1003

A conviction for offenses including driving with a revoked license and possession of cannabis is affirmed over a claim of erroneous denial of a motion to suppress evidence resulting from a traffic stop, which was based on an argument that Florida Statutes section 316.2954 does not restrict tinting on the passenger-side window in the rear seating compartment.
