In a dispute between the parties over a fenced-in parcel of residential land, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where the trial court correctly ruled that plaintiff did not gain title to the land at issue through the doctrine of boundary by acquiescence because a particular survey informed him of the true extent of his property, and thus deprived him of the requisite uncertainty for establishment of a boundary by acquiescence.
