Grant of a beneficiary's petition to revoke decedent's 2005 will from probate and administer decedent's previously executed 2003 will is affirmed where the trial court's conclusions that decedent was suffering from an insane delusion at the time she executed her 2005 will, and, therefore, lacked the requisite testamentary capacity were supported by competent and substantial evidence and the trial court correctly interpreted the legal effect of the evidence.
