Denial of county's request for attorney's fees in a suit against the county alleging battery and false imprisonment is reversed and remanded where the county's request for statutory attorney's fees after plaintiff's denial of the county's settlement offers should have been granted because the county's settlement proposals were valid and unambiguous.
