An order terminating a mother's parental rights to her three children is reversed where the trial court abused its discretion in: 1) denying her counsel's request for a continuance when, due to transportation problems, the mother failed to appear at the adjudicatory hearing; and 2) in determining that her failure to appear constituted a consent to the termination of her parental rights.
