Diorio v. Granger, 1D06-0230

A default final judgment entered against defendants is affirmed in part as to liability and reversed in part as to damages and attorney's fees where: 1) an argument, that the trial court erred in entering the default judgment as they had filed a pro se written response to the complaint filed by the personal representative of an estate, is rejected; but 2)the court should have held an evidentiary hearing on the issue of damages and attorney's fees.
