An order compelling arbitration and staying further proceedings in a dispute between members of a limited liability company is reversed as to the order compelling a law firm to participate in arbitration and directing the parties to arbitrate the civil conspiracy claim, and the cause remanded for arbitration of a count requesting appointment of a receiver and a valuation of one member's interest in the LLC.
