In a prohibition proceeding seeking disqualification of a circuit judge, a sanction is imposed on pro se petitioner prohibiting future pro se filings, and requiring the filing of a notice of appearance by a member in good standing of the Florida Bar in any active case now pending before the district court in which petitioner appears as appellant or petitioner within ten days of the date of the instant order.
